Hey I've got some new party tricks!

Liam and Auntie Sian at Harrison Lake Golf Course

It seemed like summer was finally here since we reached highs of 30 plus degrees this week but nature can be tricky as we all know so today I write this post under a very grey sky. blah.

Despite the weather the past week has been filled with some new craziness. Here's the recap:

Mother's Day - We spent this special day with two other families - The Budinski's (Ryan, Amy and their daughter Danielle) and The Kheleh's (Har, Sheila and their son Gavin). Yep, the same kids in the previous Oilers photo. It was wonderful having the kids over but also a chance to relax and chat with other adults...a nice change. :)

Why sit when you can stand? Liam's new philosophy after seeing Gavin stand up the evening of Mother's Day. It has been exciting to watch as he will stand while holding onto the coffee table however that means removing everything that is in his possible reach...books, glasses, food, the list is endless.

Wow, can you believe he's been in this world now for almost 9 months!

On top of Spaghetti...yep it's true Liam had his first meal of spaghetti with whole grain noodles, Ragu Original Sauce, and ground turkey --> we have to keep it somewhat healthy. He seems to enjoy it even though spaghetti doesn't look that appetizing after it's been put through the blender but who I am to be so critical.

So I guess really before our eyes he's making the transition from wee little baby who was so helpless to a bigger baby who is still helpless sometimes but likes to pretend he's all grown up. Kidding! He's doing great and we're very proud parents. See you next time!

Love,

The Robertsons
