We are pregnant...again! Yep found out in January therefore explaining the lack of blogging, since for anyone that was with me through my last pregnancy the first three months for me aren't exactly easy. I was extremely exhausted due to the alien growing within me but also who knew juggling a crazy active toddler and a new pregnancy would be so difficult. Actually tons of people told me it would be crazy I just didn't listen. haha
However, like last time the end of first trimester brought a ray of sunshine into my life as the all day nausea passed and I was rerring to go again...okay maybe not jump on my bike and ride for 3 hours rerring to go but let's say jump on my bike and ride for an hour rerring to go. :)
So I spent my birthday again this year with no pint of Guiness or a nice glass of ice wine. Instead, my mom and dad came out and thank goodness helped with Liam so I could pass out on the couch whenever I needed to. We had a great dinner of Little Ceasar's Pizza, I had a little bit of a crazy bread craving, and of course a traditional Dairy Queen ice cream cake. yah!!!
Right after my parents left we were off to the island for a week of vacation but it ended up everyone in this family was feeling under the weather. boo.
We returned to Chilliwack only to wash some clothes, repack and head to Salmon Arm for the months of March and April. Matt was posted there for his rural rotation with three great doctors. Unfortunately, they are also the 3 out of 4 docs that do obstetrics in Salmon Arm so needless to say the trip wasn't relaxing. In the end over 7 weeks Matt delivered over 20 babies let me tell you I almost threw his cell phone out by week 2 for the amount of times it rang at oh 2 am, 3 am, you get my drift.
However, I must admit once I started feeling better (reached the end of first trimester in Salmon Arm) and met some parents at different parent and tot groups the experience was quite nice. I met a great mom named Cheryl who basically took Liam and I into her family for a month. We are so thankful we met her and a let us spend time with her and her three fantastic girls!
We do have some bad news. Matt's Grandma passed away while we were in Salmon Arm so we flew from Kelowna back to Edmonton for the funeral. We will miss Grandma Robertson tons and felt very fortunate to be a part of her amazing life over her 92 years! We miss you Grandma!
Well enough of my boring recap of the last two months events. I promise I'm back on the blogging wagon!
Hope this post finds everyone well and we'll talk again soon! I promise my next blog post will be all about Liam and his new adventures because I know that is why people actually read this blog!! :)
Love,
Mo, Matt and Liam

Aww, welcome back!!!
Condolences to all three of you as well, that's a beautiful pic you have with her and Liam together.
Sounds like life has been hectic, but you've made it through past some bumps (pardon the pun) and congrats on your second! I have my fingers crossed that s/he will be as happy a soul as Liam. I do hope to be able to meet your brood someday.
hugs!
Hi Monique: congratulations!! Lloyd and I will be in Covington in the beginning of August for two weeks. If time allows, we will like to see you and your family. Can't wait to see how big Liam has grown. Love, Auntie Cecilia
